For the past 7+ years Seattle has been the home of my Nia career and the creative space where Stretch & Fly Yoga Dance and ArcanaDance were birthed. Sadly, I am moving from Seattle in November 2017.

I’ve shared Nia, Stretch and Fly, and ArcanaDance in workshop, series classes, mini-retreat, and retreat formats from New York to Washington State.

I plan to hold Nia, Stretch and Fly, and ArcanaDance classes and experiences in Southern California and online in 2018. And, I will offer special classes and workshops during my visits to Seattle in the coming months and years.

I am happy to bring a Nia, Stretch and Fly, and ArcanaDance to you. Or, stay tuned to my website to learn of offerings throughout the country, including online, in the year ahead (2018).
